Pantone Color Matching We strictly check and take care the indelibility, adhesiveness also rub proof characteristic of the inks being procured from Toyo, Keck, Sericol, Manson Industries. Consequently the brand of CADMIUM & AZO FREE inks being used by us during our specific process of printing.
  Guarantee: All merchandise manufactured by Hakt International is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any merchandise found to be defective will be replaced by Hakt-sports.com . Hakt-sport.com makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. We reserve the right to replace or refund the order. Any defected products must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We will issue a prepaid pick up for your order. We reserve the right to inspect the defective/damaged product(s) before issuing replacement or credit.
  Orders: Phone orders are not accepted due to the potential for error. All orders must be faxed or e-mailed. Orders are not put into production unless order is complete. Orders are considered complete with a complete shipping address, camera-ready art and any artwork approvals if required.
  Over/Under Runs - Product Quantity: All Hakt-sports.com orders are subject to a 10% overrun/under run. Hakt-sports.com's goal is to ship the exact quantity ordered. There are orders which may received up to ten percent more or less of the quantity ordered. Due to Hakt-sports.com's quality control inspections after the product is printed. We cannot replace the shortage and you should count the product when they arrive. You will not be charged for any additional product (overruns) shipped to you.
  Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, pricing on all products is per ball. Prices are for one standard color of imprint on one side. Call for quote for quantities not listed on the web-site.
  Privacy Statement: All information provided to us is kept confidential. We do not sell, rent or exchange any part of your information.
  Returns: All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. Hakt-sports.com must authorize returns; any returns not authorized will be refused and returned to sender. No returns will be accepted for imprinted or special order merchandise unless it is determined to be defective (see above Guarantee).
  Trademarks: The names, artwork, designs, logos and trademarks or similar reproduced throughout this catalog are solely intended to show the type and quality of imprinted products available.
